What are my shipping costs for physical products?
For customers from Europe:
- 5,99 € Europe Shipping Rate
For customers outside of Europe:
- 8,99 € Worldwide Shipping Rate
What are my shipping costs for digital products?
Shipping of digital products is free of charge.
What are my shipping costs for crocheted products?
- For customers from Germany: 5,99 €
- For customers from Europe: 12,99 €
- For customers outside of Europe: 17,99 €
When will I receive my order?
Physical products:
Usually it takes 3 to 7 days to print and create an order. Once done it will be send out. The shipping time depends on your location and could be as follows:
- Europe: 6 - 8 working days
- USA: 3 - 4 working days
- Australia: 2 - 14 working days
- Japan: 4 - 8 working days
- International: 10 - 20 working days
Digital products:
For non customized digital files you get a download link within your order confirmation email. For customized digital files the delivery will take place within 3-5 working days.
Crocheted products:
As soon as you've ordered your crochet product, it will be packaged safely and send out within 1-2 working days. The shipping time depends on your location:
- Within Germany: 2-3 working days
- With Europe: 6-10 working days
- Rest of the world: 3-4 weeks
From where is my order shipped?
We collaborate with one print on demand company that handles orders of physical products from facilities all over the world!
Digital products are shipped from us directly by email to you.
Crocheted products are shipped directly from out company address in Germany.
Why was my order split in different parts?
Please be aware that not all fulfillment factories produce and ship all products. If you place an order with multiple items that are not produced and shipped from the same factory your order will be split automatically by the system according to the specifiy fullfilment facilities location. In that case it is possible that additional fees and customs may apply to parts of your order.
Do I have to pay custom fees for my order?
For international orders it is possible that an additional custom fee is due. This fee is out of our control and is calculated by your local customs office. The customs regulations vary for each country. Please ask your local customs office whether custom fees or taxes are raised.
My order should have been delivered by now but I still don't have it? What can I do?
Before contacting us please help us with the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email and that the delivery address is correct.
- Contact your local post office to check if your package is there.
- Ask your neighbours if the package was delivered to them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package is neither at the post office or at one of your neighbours please contact us by sending and email including your order number to tfdesignandmore@gmail.com . If there was an error in your shipping address we can re-send your order. In that case you would have to cover the shipping costs.
