How are the products produced?
We collaborate with a print on demand drop shipping company. They have locations all over the world. They choose the most efficient location to process your order depending on where you live!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you receive a tracking code by email. If you have questions about tracking or your order please send us an email to tfdesignandmore@gmail.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We are very sorry if you received a damaged product. To help us to quickly clarify the case please send us within a week some pictures of the damaged product, your order number and all other information that you received about your order to tfdesignandmore@gmail.com. We will come up with a solution as quickly as possible!
Returns
How are your returns policies?
We collaborate with a print on demand supplier who produces the items once they get ordered. To avoid unnecessary over production we kindly ask you to think about our environment and to not order unnecessary products.
If there is something wrong with your order you can send it back within 14 days. Please let us know when there are any issues with your order by sending an email to tfdesignandmore@gmail.com !
Do you offer full refungs?
We only give full refunds to customers who received wrong or damage items. If that is the case please contact us under tfdesignandmore@gmail.com with pictures of the wrong/damaged items to find a resolution.
Can I exchange an item with another color or size?
Since we are working with a print on demand supplier who starts producing once there is an order we don't offer an exchange. To avoid and unnecessary production please check our sizes charts to check what size fits best. You can find the size charts in the description of most products.
It's rare but not impossible that you receive an ordered item with a wrong label. If that is the case please contact us within a week after receiving your order by sending an email to tfdesignandmore@gmail.com . Please also add your order number and pictures of the item with the wrong label. We will send you a new item and refund the item prize!
